The problem with a heavier under-jaw from an artistic standpoint is that it tends to read "masculine," which is a recurring problem with having a female tiger protagonist. :) Even the most feminine of real female tigers looks masculine.

I agree, the neck is a little too long. That's an error rather than a design choice. But it was a quickie sketch. :)
