Dook. Yeah. I'll admit I sometimes look to others to see what they've done, or how they do something. Shoot, I've even managed to find a REALLY good technique on how to draw faces, that I managed to deconstruct how it was done... And the bad thing was, I really beat myself up mentally that I had to figure out how someone did something, or find a shortcut, in order to do better.
Sometimes I just don't know what sort of style I have. I know I have my own style, which is similiar to some things, but also to others... Its confusing.
I think I'm the worst when it comes to borrowing ideas, and not styles. Stuff on what would look better character wise. I'll pick up things from stuff I see... I'm a bad ferret. :( But I guess I keep trying to do something uniquely my own... Unfortunately, thats easier said than done. Oh well, I'll find something someday.
I can't say I've picked up many furry stylings from anime. The two that would probably have given me the most influence, Slayers Try and Hyper Police really haven't affected me too much. Maybe just a bit... *shrug*
Oh well, no sense in getting myself down. Oh well... I'm sure I made no sense... Dook.
