Actually, that icon's a truncated version of this comic here (http://www.lifeinplasticpants.com/extras/rfpc/2004/02/05/index.html), known as Refugees From Planet Cartridge. It was a side-project I was doing for about a year between updates of my primary comic, Life In Plastic Pants (http://www.lifeinplasticpants.com).
I saw some folks using the green-background version (of my own doing -- it was a late night and I couldn't see straight thanks to a smoke-filled pool hall). So, I tried correcting it with the original, black-background found at RFPC.
It's actually funny seeing it around as often as I have -- or even having friends drop me a line and say, "You'll never guess where I saw your icon pop up again."
