It's not the choice of actor; it's the (not unreasonable, given Hollyweird's past history) fear that they'll once again rape our collective childhoods by taking a classic TV show which people have fond memories of and finding some way to royally screw it up.

The actors look good in the roles and some of the lines in the trailer are great, but word on the GS mailing-list is that the Max/99 relationship is wrong. 99 should be adoring!
