Probably won't help you much now, but for future reference, here's my anti-con-crud regimen:

Phase 1: Beginning at least two weeks before the con, begin taking one (1) "A-to-Z" multivitamin capsule (Centrum, One-A-Day, etc.) plus the following additional supplements:

-- vitamin C (at least 500mg; more is good up to a point, but multi-thousand-mg megadoses not necessary :) )
-- B-complex, with at least 25mcg B-12
-- vitamin E, (at least 400 i.u.; again, megadoses not necessary)
-- zinc, 25mg (preferably zinc picolinate, but chelated zinc gluconate will do if your local shops don't have the picolinate variety.)
-- echinacea supplement, 400mg minimum
-- goldenseal root supplement, 400mg minimum

Phase 2: Beginning 2 days before the convention (or the day you actually leave home to travel to the con, whichever comes first), continue the regimen with the following changes:
-- increase zinc to 50mg
-- increase echinacea to 800mg, or even 1200mg if it's a big con or you're particularly prone to confluenza. :)

maintain this regimen throughout the con, and for 3 days after you return home.

Phase 3: return to the phase 1 regimen for another 5 days after the end of phase 2.

I've been doing it since ConFurence 6, and it hasn't failed me yet. :)

I usually don't get con crud, mostly thanks to megadosing on Vit. C beforehand. This time, tho, it was just too powerful.

The major players in my regimen are the zinc, echinacea, goldenseal, and some members of the B-complex, all of which are supposedly good for the immune system. The rest are just there as a sort of nutritional top-up, since sometimes you just don't get to eat as well as you might want to during a con, especially if your mealtimes and choice of dining establishments is subject to the unpredictable whims of a group outing. :)

I may keep this on tab. I usually don't have too much issue with CC, though I had a light bit a phlegm after DC this year.
