  • Wed, 22:58: Welp, the PCs in my D&D game are about to hit 5th level, so I figured it was time to do a little campaign outlining.
  • Wed, 22:59: To that end, I started a 5x5 campaign elements grid, @criticalhits style. http://t.co/IGzBJOtiwu It was very helpful!
  • Wed, 23:00: Some of the elements I knew, others were pretty vague. But now I have a big picture of who the important folks are and what they’re up to.
  • Wed, 23:01: None of their plots are likely to survive contact with the players of course– this is just would happen if the PCs weren’t there.
  • Wed, 23:02: But knowing what their goals are and what resources are at their disposal, I can modify their plans on the fly.
  • Wed, 23:03: I’d like to keep going on this, but it’s 11:00 and I’m driving to #AC2015 tomorrow with my buddy Sirfox! So I’d better hit the hay. :)
