Mmm ... Bowflex :)
Well, the nap didn't exactly go as planned ... I basically meditated for 20 minutes, but that was refreshing in its own way. But, as I've commented before, a workout really makes the difference. :) Much better now.
Except now my triceps are sore and I don't feel like drawing. ;P Oh well, I'll just take the night off and relax, then!
