And, Friday's Done :)

Not a bad day overall. :) Lots of sketchbooks and badges (I have a bit of homework to do tonight/tomorrow a.m.), fair button sales, kinda slow but not-nonexistent shirt sales, brisker book sales than expected. (I sold one whole set of SJ books and a fair number of scattered individuals; La Vida Panthera is now sold out forever except for a small stash I have back at home.)

The only downside of the day was that last night I forgot to take my various pills for this-that-and-the-other (Oh yeah, I am getting into "middle age," aren't I?), so today my insides were a bit on the unfriendly side, leading to a bit of an uncomfortable dinner. Fortunately, a walk out in the air and a bit of relaxing perked me right back up for the evening's shows.

Vince and I were the "team captains" for "Artpocalypse," the new event in the place of Iron Artist. It was a fun event and I did like the format more than Iron Artist, although the whole goth trope gag was starting to wear thin by the end. I then stuck around to watch Vince as a panelist in "Furl In the Blank," FC's version of Match Game.

So now I'm back in the room unwinding with a bit of homework; sleep will follow along as soon as the hallway shuts up a bit (which I hope will be soon). So far I'm getting a nice creative bounce from the con; let's hope that sticks with me when I get home.

The pantalones del fuego text message is the 21st century equivalent of me leaning into view with a pencil held between my nose and curled upper lip.

Sketchbooks, hey? Now there's a thought... hold the phone...
