An Apology

I have not been myself lately. Or more accurately, I've not been the version of myself I want to be.

I've been quite stressed for some time, and over that time it has been progressively, but steadily, grinding me into someone that I hardly recognize and don't much like. It has also wrought havoc on my health, leaving me weak, gaining weight, and now looking at skyrocketing blood pressure.

Well, a wise guy once said, "When you find you're digging youself into a hole-- stop digging!" So that's what I intend to do. Today, I stop digging.

Attitude will be adjusted. Thoughts and behaviors will be examined and modified. I will find the me I want to be and start moving in that direction.

In the meantime, I apologize for my behavior of late. I'm not normally by nature a ranty guy. I'm not normally by nature a complainy guy. I'm not normally by nature an angry guy.

I'm sorry if I've come off ranty/complainy/angry lately, and I'm sorry if it's put you off. I'm going to fix it, and I'm going to fix me.
