Anime Update

Turns out I had the title wrong, the series in question is called eX-Driver. I found a few reviews that all said basically the same thing: beautifully rendered cars doing high-speed chases, story by Playskool. Light humor, basically fluff.

Sounds good to me! I'll probably get the first volume next paycheck. I just hope there are no nasty surprises. I hate getting an anime show that starts out as nice, light entertainment only to suddenly turn into people being riddled with bullets, exploding in sprays of fleshy pulp, and then causing the apocalypse ... again. Mmmmmm. Gunsmith Cats. Ok... Thats something I've forgotten to put on the 'MUST HAVE' anime list of mine. I keep saying... "If I see it, I'll buy it." But then I get distracted, or the store doesn't have it, and I just forget, and go watch something else I picked up...

Oh, lets not forget hand grenades with little hearts. :D I still remember seeing that for the first time, and laughing my fuzzy little tail off. :D

I've had Grim Fandango since it came out, but it sat on my shelf for years because my computer didn't have enough memory (and resisted every attempt to install more). When I got my new computer, I started playing... and Disc 2 seems to be damaged. Bleh!
