Mood Recovery, Plus a Workout Report

Just a heads-up that I'm feeling much better tonight; thanks for your patience and well-wishes everyone. I think it was primarily a matter of messed up sleep that triggered the episode, and getting some rest and some food this morning helped considerably. I was also pleased that I had the discipline to do a workout regardless of how meh I felt about it at the time.

Lower Back: 1 set 10 reps @ 85 lbs (medium)
Arm Extensions: 1 set 10 reps @ 105 lbs (medium)
Ab Crunch: 1 set 10 reps @ 90 lbs (medium)
Upper Back: 1 set 10 reps @ 90 lbs (medium)
Vertical Traction: 1 set 10 reps @ 125 lbs (medium)
Shoulder Press: 1 set 10 reps @ 55 lbs (medium)
Chest Press: 1 set 10 reps @ 70 lbs (medium/tough-- different machine than usual)
Leg Press: 1 set 10 reps @ 180 lbs (medium/tough)
Arm Curls: 1 set 10 reps @ 80 lbs (tough)
Cable Cross: 1 set 10 reps @ 70 lbs (medium)
Squat Lift: 1 set 10 reps @ 60 lbs (medium)
Weight: 322 lbs

Since we were pressed for time (and I was moving slow) I stuck with one set at a higher weight than normal. Some of these weights are getting pretty darn high, actually. O.o

Anyway, as I say, I'm feeling much better. Thanks again. :)

I went through a similar thing a couple weeks ago. I was just getting so tired all the time. Even my chat buddies were trying to cheer me up...

And then the lightbulb came on, and I realized that having trouble getting up by 3pm was depression again.

I've been fighting it ever since. It is sometimes good to hear that I am not alone in my fight.
