Then when CoH came out... there were ... well I think you can get that idea. Wolverines, Superman, Batman, Robins...

I will have to admit... the MMO world has been tainted once the Quake and Counterstrike kiddies found EQ. Because when EQ first came out, it was nothing but old skool DnD geeks in their 20's and above... People who actually roleplayed and played the game like it was one big DnD fest... When the first expansion came out, the Quake and CS kiddies started to flock in. Netspeak was becomming more common. (Oh gods that grated my nerves) And people just started playing the game like it was one big Quake.. shoot the monsters get xp game. It was.. but there was alot more to it when roleplay was actually there. THe roleplay element made the game enjoyable and not just a boreing kill mobs for xp thing.
