And Another "Squee!"

Another parcel from the Royal Mail came last night! Specifically, this was an unexpected lil' package from huskyteer, who decrees that I haven't read enough of "The Saint" and decided to rectify this by sending me a couple of paperbacks she picked up on the cheap.

Well, she's right of course, I haven't read enough of "The Saint," or even any at all, as a matter of fact. I just barely remember watching the Roger Moore TV version when I was a kid and liking it, and I watched bits and pieces of the Val Kilmer movie and thought, "I'm not sure, but I suspect that this is completely wrong in every important respect."

So, thanks, huskyteer! I'll get to work on these straightaway!

I also got a quite nice postcard from tchall's recent trip to Maine ... although the odd part is that he got home before the postcard got here! Oh well. Thanks for thinking of me, buddy!
