Thursday Workout Report

I had a counselor appointment this evening, so my workout was a bit late, but I managed to do the whole thing. I put in the incremental intensity increase in the software, but it'll be a week or two before that translates into an actual 5-lb notch. Meanwhile, I also manually chose heavier weights for a few of the exercises. ( For those who want the details... )
