Well, staying at home and being gentle on the ol' erector spinae seems to have done the trick. I wouldn't say my back is quite at 100% yet, but it doesn't actively hurt at least. Thanks to everybody for their comforting thoughts yesterday. ^.^ I'm going to do my best to take it easy on those particular muscles during the rest of the move, but there's only so much I can do.
