Done! Mwuuuhahahahahaa!

Uncanny Midnight Tales is finished! With the posting of the Gamemaster Guide, the system is now as complete as I can make it until we actually get to play.

I'd love to hear if anyone else ends up using it, but even if they don't, I've had a great time putting it together and I think it's going to be a terrific campaign.
