Weight: 323 lbs
Well, Skippy the Wonder Scale is being fairly consistent in his way-too-lowness, so I'm cautiously optimistic of having actually lost a little weight. Maybe it was the haircut. I am actually starting to see a little improvement now, which is encouraging.
Today I need to call the personal trainer. As part of restarting the gym membership, I'm entitled to four "smart start" sessions, and now that I've got something in motion, it would be good to do some refining.

lythandra and I have ordered a new bed, a Tempur-Pedic "Pro-Healthcore" model, which is reputed to alleviate morning back pain, and may or may not make you ten years younger and instantly attractive to sexy members of the opposite sex. (Results not typical.) This was the last of the "OMG we're spending how much?" purchases for the summer (I hope)... like the glasses, the drawing table, and the suits, the price tag made me cringe but it's a long-term investment.
Nevertheless, ouch. Expensive summer is expensive.
Anyhow! That's the state of things. Time to get my nose to the grindstone. ('cause we all know, grindstones work better when lubricated by boogers? O.o)
