I have a computer at work now! Yay. :) So I can work on my writing when the boss isn't looking! Mwuuhuhuhuhahaaa!

Er, did I say that?

So now it's time to start catching up on my old e-mail and stuff. Oh boy! :)

Yesterday, I made some major progress on putting together the pieces of my fantasy story and finished a sketch for tomorrow's SJ. Today I started another sketch which will probably be done by the end of the day for Friday. Tonight or tomorrow, I begin next week's strips.

Life is good. :)

No, no, no! What you do is you set the monitor so it faces away from the entrance to your office/cube, then the boss can only see the back of it. That way, while you are writing, you always look busy and productive, even when you have nothing to do but play solitaire. :)

ICQ will have to wait until I get my permanent computer, instead of the placeholder I've got now. I don't think this one has the computing power to run ICQ and, say, anything else. -TG

I suspect we'd feel bad if our encouragement led The Gneech's company to decide that he'd be better off at, say, Starbucks.

He has a mission to accomplish, and part of it involves the careful handling of his opportunities there at work. I'd be careful about tempting him otherwise. ;)

There is a feature called ICQ2Go, do you know it?
You can use ICQ there without the software, it's web-based, basically thought for chat-cafes or so I think.
Anyway, click the link (http://go.icq.com/) and it'll load. :)
