And I think reception boredom must be a problem from yur company. My mom worked as a receptionist at Kinko's "K-Graphics, inc." (one of more than fifty original partner companies that are now rolled together into the massive Kinko's Inc. since 1995) and was always busy and working hard. They need to give the reception position more responsibilities than answering phones and greeting entrants.
