Thursday Workout Report, #2 of 2
Feb. 23rd, 2006 10:29 pmFinished off the Comic Party anime tonight. It's a great little series, although it's stronger in the first half than the second half. The manga is better overall, although that's stronger in the second half than it is in the first half. Weird.

Rows: 3 mins @ 55 lbs (warmup)
Flat Barbell Bench Press: 1 set 10 reps @ 85 lbs
Narrow Pulldowns: 1 set 10 reps @ 55 lbs
Triceps Pushdown: 1 set 10 reps @ 50 lbs (this ain't gettin' any easier!)
Bench Press: 1 set 10 reps @ 60 lbs
Seated Lat Rows: 1 set 10 reps @ 40 lbs
Rear Deltoid Row: 1 set 10 reps @ 40 lbs
Chest Fly: 1 set 10 reps @ 40 lbs
Deadlift: 1 set 10 reps @ 40 lbs
Military Press: 2 sets 10 reps @ 25 lbs
Mabu / Horse Stance: 2:30 mins
Rows: 3 mins @ 35 lbs (cooldown)
Body Weight: 299.5
I was feeling lazy, so I just left half of the exercizes that were supposed to be 35 lbs, on 40 ... and didn't notice a difference. For next week, I went ahead and set them all to 40 moving forward. Thus endeth Week 16 ... or Month #4. On to Week 17 (Month #5) without a single missed workout! Huzzah. :)

Went to the doctor today, from the start of my visits I am proud to tell you that my total weight gain thus far has been 1 pound! Yay, I'm doing good!
I'm really proud of you for hanging in there and keeping this workout routine, it's not easy to stick with this kind of thing. Though I imagine the longer you are in the habit, the easier it gets. I used to swim every morning before work, but doing it alone really got to me, and before I knew it, I wasn't going.
Keep up the great work!
