I knew I was forgetting something. I picked up the Bowflex again (metaphorically speaking) last night.

Numbers?

Rows: 3 mins @ 55 lbs (warmup)
Seated Lat Rows: 1 set 10 reps @ 45 lbs
Flat Barbell Bench Press: 1 set 10 reps @ 90 lbs
Bench Press: 1 set 10 reps @ 70 lbs
Seated Resisted Oblique Crunch: 3 sets 10 reps @ 35 lbs
Cross Triceps Extension: 1 set 10 reps @ 35 lbs
Narrow Pulldowns: 1 set 10 reps @ 70 lbs
Resisted Punch: 3 sets 10 reps @ 35 lbs
Rear Deltoid Row: 1 set 10 reps @ 50 lbs
Deadlift: 1 set 10 reps @ 50 lbs
Military Press: 2 sets 10 reps @ 30 lbs
Leg Press: 3 sets 10 reps @ 105 lbs
Mabu / Horse Stance: 3 mins
Rows: 3 mins @ 35 lbs (cooldown)

Body Weight: 294 lbs (woot)

Normally when I go for several days without a workout, there's a big jump in my capacity when I return to it ... but not this time for some reason. If anything, the really big exercises (the bench presses, particularly) were harder than ever. I could do 'em -- but it was a struggle.

Oh well. :) I'm back on the routine again, in any case. I went 20 weeks, or pretty much five months, without a break, so I'm pretty pleased with that. But more importantly, having taken my week off, I'm back at it, which I'm even more pleased with. Huzzah for stickin' to stuff. ;)

Wow, five months. You're a better man than I, Gneech. The only thing that's kept my workouts regular since New Year's is the fact that I'm taking cardio/strength training as a class. ^__^;

That's a pretty amazing workout, lifting the entire bowflex every night. How many reps do you do? ;-)

Have the best
