I Detect Light, Sound, and Movement

Whoof ... took several tries to get out of bed this morning, and I'm still not sure I succeeded, even now that I'm at work and already drove to the distribution center and back.

The good news is, the BTS mass mailing that beat me up yesterday was not repeated today, so I have some time to sit in the office and get some of my stuff around here taken care of.

I made an unpleasant discovery today, that my weight has turbo-boosted back up to 288, completely wiping out a third of the progress I've made. Some of it is because my diet hasn't been what it should be lately, but a lot of it is the gawdawful weather ... even inside with the a/c at full blast, it's sticky and I'm listless and unable to muster the energy required to overcome inertia and actually exercise. I really have no business living here, or anywhere the temperature goes above 75 degrees on a regular basis.

I've known this since I was 15 years old. I still haven't done anything about it. :-` There are many ways in which I suck.

Ah well, back to the grind for me. Catcha later.

I know what it's like. I was down to 260, but then AFTER the 12-hour-a-day grueling exercise of band camp, I went UP to 280. IT's just kind of surreal.
