Agh. Is this week over yet?

(Plans to go swimming with my workout partner today and to see my personal trainer tomorrow...not really going to help my energy level at this point.)

I just keep running out of hours in a day...

One more day of getting up at 6 a.m. when it's really 5 a.m. Then you can sleep as late as you want Saturday, and we go off bloody Daylight Savings Time on Sunday. Then we'll be getting up at 6 a.m. when it's really 6 a.m.

I hate Daylight Savings Time.

I've never understood that. Every Monday is far worse than any Daylight savings hour.

It's not just the hour you lose when you go onto DST. It's the fact that you're getting up one hour earlier and (theoretically at least) going to bed one hour earlier every day for more than half the year. At least, that's the hard part for me. I have a difficult enough time sleeping through the night as it is. I don't need clocks switching back and forth every few months to complicate things.

but I LOVE it...what screws me up is the change BACK....more than going back and forth across the country or living on the road....

The transitions are what get me, especially going to Daylight Savings Time.
