Irrelevant as in "out of context" or irrelevant as in "not important in the general scheme of things"?

I occasionally experience the "irrelevant/out of context" feeling when I find my beliefs and morals and general lifestyle at odds with most of those around me. It's like I get temporarily out of sync with the times. Not really much that can be done about it and it usually resolves itself.

You're not irrelevant/unimportant; you make people laugh and brighten their lives with your comics and stories. That's a gift that should never be looked at as irrelevant.

Thanks. :) I can't really express what I mean by "irrelevant" tho ... it's on a more personal level than the interaction of my comics with my readers. Hard to describe. -TG
