In between episodes of The Muppet Show (Second Season), I did a workout!
And here's the numbers...

Leg Kickback: 10 @ 40 lbs (moderate)
Standing Reverse Fly: 10 @ 20 lbs (moderate)
Decline Chest Press: 10 35 lbs (moderate)
Chest Fly: 10 @ 30 lbs (mod/tough)
Incline Cross Triceps Extension: 10 @ 25 lbs (moderate)
Narrow Lat Pulldown: 10 @ 50 lbs (moderate)
Wide Lat Pulldown: 10 @ 30 lbs (easy/mod)
Aerobic Row: 40 @ 30 lbs (easy/mod -- finally got the form right on these)
Low Back Extension: 2 x 10 @ 30 lbs (easy, but I need to crunch my abs better)
Resisted Diagonal Crunch: 12 @ 30 lbs (moderate)
Cross Triceps Extension: 10 @ 35 lbs (sorta -- left arm gave out after 4 ... so 7 @ 35 lbs?)
Seated Resisted Punch: 10 @ 35 lbs (tough)
Body Weight: 318.5 lbs
Now -- on to the John Cleese episode!

Date: 2008-03-01 03:49 am (UTC)Actually, the Muppet Show season sets have been pretty decent releases so far; they've actually dug up a reasonable amount of supplementary material (like the original never-aired pilot, the "pitch reel" used to sell the show to the networks, and so on), and unlike the releases of their Disney Afternoon cartoon shows the Muppet Show sets actually have the episodes arranged by season in the correct broadcast order. :)
