The incessant jackhammer on the foundations of the building is the delightful cherry on top of my day.

'cause, y'know, a stressful job, horrendous traffic, and misfiring nerve endings weren't enough. :P

Think that's bad? Try having your house rebuilt from the foundation up, and the estimated 18 months taking 30!

Yeah, I've been going through that, and it hasn't been a fun ride. The big bump in the ride is over, the next one involves paying off the loan for the repairs.

Yeah, I sure wish I could trade the last 30 months for your jackhammer ;-)
