Man, I think my best is 150. And I usually break 100... I don't bowl TOO much... It all depends on the delivery and aim of the ball. Where do you usually hit the pins? The left, right, or centre? If you are right handed, and you hit towards the left, maybe you are swinging your arm around instead of a forward motion, ect. =D
