I love this. This is the best of Urban Arcana without all the goofy bits. Plus, you know, being in the 20s. Everything should be in the 20s.
I'm not exactly clear on what an arcane attack is. Is there some sort of spell list, or is that strictly for the villains?
I want to play the guy in the picture on page twelve, who serenely contemplates the fact that the guy riding in the train compartment with him keeps flipping him off.
