What Is The Gneech, REALLY?
Nov. 5th, 2002 09:10 amSince people didn't seem to care for the options in my last poll, I decided to revise it. Enjoy! And remember to vote your conscience, because it doesn't have any hands and can't pull the lever itself.

"The Gneech is a very talented friend with a very good act that is very close to being together."

Date: 2002-11-05 09:58 am (UTC)Swordplay and wordplay and thoughts with ellipses...
Deep contemplations, poetical flings;
These are a few of my favorite things.
Suburban Jungle with Tiffany's troubles
Mopsy and Beowulf and bursting black bubbles
Legends of Arthur and prey-pouncing springs
These are a few of my favorite things
When mundane life
Has too much strife
And seems to beat my best
I simply remember my favorite things
And then I am not distressed.

Re: Wax on, Danielson!
I first guessed that "wax" would be replaced by a phonetically similar word. I tried "on danielson" and got way too many results.
But after a bit, it occurred to me that this phrase could conceivably be phonetically correct, but not quite spelled the original way. I tried "wax on Daniel-san" -- and got it.
The phrase is from The Karate Kid, in a scene where Miyagi-sensei is trying to teach young Daniel to take his wax like a man.
