BBC News: Egypt's army has vowed it will not use force against the tens of thousands of people protesting for the removal of the regime of President Hosni Mubarak.
I haven't said much about Egypt because I am keenly aware of my ignorance in the matter. I will say, however, that this can only be good news. :)

And if the army isn't going to fire on the citizenry, and the police have abandoned the streets, what does that tell you about the government's situation?
