Writer's Block: Theme Dining

I'd like to see an old-style Gentlemen's Club, by which I mean a place with wood paneling and baroque chandeliers, coat and tie required, where one lounges around in plush red leather chairs smoking pipes or cigars and making desultory chitchat, calling each other names like "Bingo" and "Catsmeat."
As opposed to the last "Gentlemen's Club" I saw advertised, which was actually a strip joint. :P
I foresee certain problems with this of course, not the least of which is that it would be rather lonely being the only person willing to put on a coat and tie and go to the place. -.- That, and I don't smoke. Also, I'd like for women to be there, now that I think about it, which rather negates the idea of it being a Gentlemen's Club.
Ladies' and Gentleman's Club perhaps? Where are women going to find a coat and tie to get in?
