Weekly Weigh-In, A New Low For You Edition

278.1, finally breaking the 40 lb. barrier, for a total loss of 40.9 lbs, average loss 0.8 lbs/week. Workouts were virtually nil and my eating at the con was not stellar, but fortunately my overall eating habits have changed enough that they can absorb the occasional foray into convention eating (as long as I don't go bonkers with it).

I am pleased! :) This coming week will probably also be virtually nil in the exercise department, as I'm crunching against the deadline to get issue three out for AC, but the weeks after that leading up to the con will be a lot more open and I hope to make a big push then.
