Weekly Target Rate: 2 lbs
Weekly Average: 1.2 lbs
Turning off the setting in MyNetDiary that adds calories for exercise and just having a static daily target did finally get my weight MOVING, at least. It was enough that I just squeaked under the line for my 299 by June 30 goal, so that's good. :) And I can say I'm under 300 pounds again.
My benchmark reward was a new pair of sneaks to wear with my shorts, which will get a workout at AnthroCon. :)
The next benchmark is 283 lbs by August 31! I have a feeling protein shakes are gonna become a regular thing.
