I'm constantly amused by MyNetDiary's shrieking "YOUR INTAKE IS BELOW YOUR BASAL METABOLIC RATE! YOU SHOULD BE LOSING 6 POUNDS A WEEK WHICH ISN'T HEALTHY, EAT! EAT! EAT!"
Well MyNetDiary, my body is too powerful to be constrained by things like "math" or "rudimentary biochemistry." I'm pretty sure I could just stop eating all together and I'd probably gain 20 pounds.
Anyway, I've been too knackered all week to do any exercise more strenuous than a half-hour walk, and even those leave me worn out. But I'm doin' 'em anyway. I'm not gonna lose progress because I got a freakin' flu shot. No.
