Class was just what the doctor ordered. I'm worn out now, but I still feel much much better.
Laurie and I ordered a Bowflex yesterday. :) I am super-jazzed, even though it won't be here until sometime in late March at the earliest. My lifelong dream of being a shallow airhead prettyboy will soon come to fruition!

Date: 2003-02-24 07:41 pm (UTC)I recommend starting with reps 5, rest 1-2mins, 5, rest 1-2mins, 3, rest 1-2mins, 7, rest 5mins and start another exercise. Work on arms, legs one day and chest, stomach on off days.
Theres good exercise plans out there, look around.
