Little Dragon made a cool, 3D-rendered video of Tiffany dancing! :)

It's a 3+ MB download and you need to register for the site (free) to see it, but it's cool. Thanks, LD!

Also, last night I did a pinup of Tiffany that I was very pleased with; it's going to run in the strip tomorrow, and probably go into the MFM conbook, and possibly go up as a Bikeeni pic.

I downloaded it, but my system doesn't recognize it; what type of file is it?

It's a very cool mpg.

The stop action style was quite unexpected after seeing his dancing Sabrina, Jenny and Squirrel (don't recall her name, drat) animations, I wonder if he patterned the animation after a MTV video or?

Cool stuff in any case, it's really spiffy to see Tiff struttin' her stuff in 3D - I'll bet your forum lights up (in a good way :) on this one :)

CYa!

Pals, could somebody please explain it to me -- why the hell you choose to upload your works to all kinds of "sign-up-now-so-we-can-send-you-spam" services, while there's PLENTY of FREE and UNLIMITED furry webspace offers around?

P.S. Somebody was kind enough to previosly register on that site with login "111" and password "111". At least when I tried that l/p, it worked. :)

Worked for me, too. Except that when I got the file, *it* didn't work. Oh well.

Change the file extension to "mpg". It will work.

Little Dragon has used Renderosity for years.
It's not so much a "Furry" server, as it is a
"3D Rendering" server.

Just as some move in the Furry corners of the web,
some move in the comics corners of the web, and others
move in the 3D Rendering corner of the web.

Free is Free, and Little Dragon does a lot of really nice
stuff, for free.

I hope you enjoyed his hard work.

I especially like the hands, but the dancing is fun. Very trippy to see the three-d version. She could almost walk off the page. :)

But what's the point in doing stuff for free and then placing it on the top shelf... I mean, in a place uneasy and/or dangerous to access?

You got to see it.

For free.

You didn't even have to say "Please" or "Thank you"
to Little Dragon.

I don't see how this qualifies as making it difficult to
download. I certainly don't see it as "Dangerous".
...Maybe it isn't "Spoon Feeding" though.

I think that you'll find that Little Dragon does a lot more
3D Rendering stuff that isn't Furry and the Free Furry Servers
don't always host that kind of thing.

You see, I'm not complaining. I'm wondering.

I am a hacker with 13 year expierence after all. I can easily scratch out information hidden much better than this file.

But hiding an innocent file like that behind a members-only-password simply doesn't make any sense.

Then again, can you name any single reason for the login/password to be there in the first place? It's not about file access control (the file is open to anyone anyway). It's not for letting the users control the information that belongs to them on that site (there's no obvious upload section/forum/etc related to that file). The only reason that makes sense is -- to obtain your email address. And everybody knows what they obtain it for. (spam spam spam spam spam spam spaaaaaaaaam!)

My condolences about your inability to tell potentially dangerous sites from safe ones. Last Saturday, I removed 48 instances of 11 (eleven!) different viruses from the computer of my friend who similarily "didn't see then as "Dangerous"." Now he does listen to me.

And I meant 'furry' servers not as bearing 'furry' content but as hosted by furries who are always willing to lend a helpful paw, and a piece of webspace and bandwidth.

If you see it as that insurmountable a problem,
I suggest you offer to host Little Dragon's stuff
for him.

I gladly would. One little problem: I don't know him, so I don't know how to contact him (neither email nor IM, nothing).

You can contact him through his Renderosity page.

Or look in the Suburban Jungle Forum. There's a thread
there where he announced the animation:
