Date: 2003-08-10 09:31 am (UTC)I was most confused by Tiff's costume. In particular... what's keeping her cape on if she moves forward? I would add a string around her neck, just to hold it in place. (I don't recognize the headdress. If this is from an actual picture, and the original doesn't have anything like that, then ignore my advice.)
Second, it looks like Leona is angry with Tiffany. (Well, she is, but...) Is this the impression you want to give? I love her outfit, though.
Finally, the strongest 'lines' in the picture point toward Tiff's confused face. (Those, of course, are Leona's gun, her arms, and her expression.) But Tiff's face is waaay off to the side. For the sake of balance, I would reorder the picture:
[Title]
[Leona] [Tiff] [Yin]
so that people naturally move their eyes from left to right, the title shares the spotlight, and the last thing people see is the really keen bonus material.
Love your work! I'll be buying a copy when it comes out!

Date: 2003-08-10 09:33 am (UTC)I meant:
[Leona] [Tiff] ^[Title]^ [Yin]
where the Title is above and between Tiff and Yin.

Date: 2003-08-10 10:43 am (UTC)Velcro ;-) It's a cartoon, not a physics class ;-)
I love Leona's look and the action line drawing your eye up to Tiff is perfect. And yeah, Leona pissed off with big guns (ha!) is perfect.
All Space Babes have to have purple hair, it's A Rule you know :-D
And Yin in The Prisoner garb is a fantastic idea. What a perfect match to the character's personality! :) And the subtle Keen plug is a nice thing for you to include too.
Folks here may want to check out Tiffarella to see where the purple haired gals with big guns in space theme came from :-)
Regarding the layout, I'd prefer "orange alert" to be in one line along the top edge, but that's a quibble really.

Especially Leona! GREAT expression!
Originally Tiff had a bit of a red semi-collar to go
with the cape. Her neck looks a bit bare that way, but
that's no biggie.
Oh! Minor suggestion that would be really easy:
The red balls in Tiff's hair could have a reflective
spot on 'em, so that they look a bit more round.
To answer Mammallamadevil they're supposed to be sort
of "Sailor Moon" hair ball thingies.
Gneech, I gotta say it: You are Freakin' AMAZING, MAN!
I look at this and I'm just in Awe. DAMN, I GOTTA
learn to draw like you, Skipper! WOW!

can blame me.
The Gneech is pretty faithful to the original Tiffarella
costumes. (Hee! He even got the Logan's Run Sandman guns!:)
The red balls in Tiff's hair are supposed to be a bit of
a Sailor Moon parody.
Gneech! This is just freakin' amazing. :) I Love it!
WHEEEEE!

I had in my head that the cape attached to the back of her chainmail top; looking back at the Tiffarella strips again, I see that I just missed the clasp all together. Oops! Fortunately, that was an easy fix. See my next post for revisions.
