Actually, it's just a quirk of how Outlook interacts with Windows ... if Outlook is minimized-but-active, sometimes Links shows up on top of whatever applications I have open ... or the desktop, if that's all there is. So when that happens, I like to sit him on top of the Excalibur, just for silliness. :)
