Please Remain Seated Until Progress Comes to a Complete Halt

Well this is improvement, of sorts ... on all of my commissions, I have done roughs and sent e-mails to the buyer asking for their okay, or I'm otherwise waiting on the buyer for some kind of information. While this does alleviate my conscience about the long list of commish requests, it still doesn't clean any of them off of the docket. Le sigh! Still, at least now it's on their head and not mine!

Kung Fu last night was a struggle. I'm not over my cold yet, but I just couldn't stand to miss another class, so I went and trained as hard as I could, bowing out periodically to stand in the corner and wheeze. I am so sick of being the special kid. :P I did at least get through the whole warmup without stopping, which is always an achievement for me. The fancy-schmancy Adidas "martial arts shoes" I bought sucked, a complete loss. Back to sneaks!

Also last night, while working on a commish, I watched the first episode of Cowboy Bebop, rented from Netflix. It was a bit heavier than I would prefer, but interesting enough. Worth renting, and depending on how the rest of this disk goes I'll probably rent some more, but it's not something I'll want to buy, probably. I do love that opening theme music, tho. :)

Finally, I came up with a good idea for bjbuttons' auction cameo, so that will probably run in a couple of weeks. I'm still working on another one for wesha, although I have the kernel of an idea. :)

I do love getting things done. :)

I'll second that opinion. I haven't seen all the episodes, but the ones I have seen I've liked very much.

BeBop has a good story, but episodes drag and some of them never totally make sense. I have a love/hate relationship with it; it intrigues me enough that I'll watch it but if I had to actually pick something to watch this wouldn't be on the top of the list. I'm told it's an acquired taste. It does get heavier the deeper you go into the series, with occasional giggle moments so you would probably have to be in a mood to watch the rest.

Jogging on wood floors with no shoes makes for unhappy feet. :)
