One year, I'm going to get together with a friend around mid-January, dressed in Very Conservative Black Suits and sunglasses, and start knocking on doors, citing people for having their lights up so late in the year.

I plan to print up Very Official Looking Citation Notices.

"No, ma'am. This is just a warning. You have until Valentine's Day before you get fined."
