My back is bugging me today, and I don't really want to go to Kung Fu. But the school is closed Monday, so if I don't go today the only class I'll get to this week is Wednesday 'cos of AnthroCon.

My advice is go. I have often been where you are and decided to go instead of stay away..and have felt better later because of it. Your choice, though, of course.
