Short Update

Just a little note to let those who are interested know that I'm alive and kicking. :) In-laws visit was painless enough, and after they left, Laurie, Hantamouse, Hanta's Mom, jamesbarrett and I all went to see Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones. I won't give any spoilers here; I'll just say that it's good, and inspired a sketch which will fill in for SJ tomorrow.

The coming week looks like it's going to be a world of pain, schedule-wise. Sleep will be a dim memory. I'll be lucky to get any SJ up at all next week, or even just keep posting to LJ.

On the other hand, I only work at Starbucks for 11 more days.

Hmm ... I enjoyed saying that so much, I think I'll say it again!

Anyway, that's all for tonight. I hope to be more communicative tomorrow ... maybe even show up on chat some! I miss my friends.

Huzzah! The sketch rocks TG. :) Shoot, you could just do 2 weeks of small sketches and stuff like that and I'd be a happy winged fox. ^o.o^

Heh. I love all the reviewers talking about Ep 2. All of them saying "Its better than Ep. 1." Although to be truthful, I don't think it is that hard to be. But, hey, Lucas makes lots of $$$ and I don't, so obviously he did something right.

But, I averted my eyes when I saw the words "Star" and "Wars" in the same sentence. ;)

Seriously, I spoiled it for myself last time by looking at a model box of the Pod Racer! This time, I'm going into hiding! ;)

But, I'm going to take my nephews to see it on Thursday afternoon when they get out of school for the year. :)
After that, I'll be happy to read all the spoilers in the world! ;)

Think about how great it will feel when you can say "I don't work at Starbucks" :) That will top 11 days, trust me. :)

As for SW:AotC, I saw it a few days ago, was fun. :) Not the best of the series (that's "The Empire Strikes Back") and not the worst (that's "Return of the Jedi") but still a lot of fun. :)
