I find myself seeking refuge in mindless activities, which can mean only one thing: I'm stressed about something. Not sure what, not sure where, but something is walking up and down my spine, and I need to hunt it down and ruthlessly eliminate it.

Meanwhile, no strip in the a.m. Hopefully it will go up in the p.m. I need sleep now.
