Yourself! Fitness
Emphasis: Cardio
Duration: 30 mins
Calories Burned: 306
Result: Heart rate way up; sweating like crazy; Harlequin syndrome burning

I know you're all sick of these things, but a promise is a promise. The good news is that this time, I managed to keep breathing for the duration and only got a tiny bit lightheaded near the roughest spot.

And now ... a few minutes of rest before I finish drawing Friday's strip. *faceplant*

Not bored here! Going through similiar. :)

BTW - How are you calculating Calories burned?

Yourself! Fitness does that as part of the workout, via some magic formula based on the info I put in about my height, weight, age, gender, etc.

Well, two years of Kung Fu didn't seem to have that much of an impact. But we'll see...

I'm not sick of these things, and it's good to hear that you're adjusting to the cardio workouts.

Not sick of them either, since I know the feeling. ^_^; I'm trying to figure out how to get it to show how many calories I'm burning but instead it says what new exercises I've done instead. *shrug* I did Cardio a few days ago and was about to fall over by the time I got to a break point. Must have had a bunch of water to help at that point too.

Even though I'm supposed to be training cardio, it always ends up making me work on Upper and Lower strength workouts. *shrug* And I hate crunchs. *winces* owwie. Lower Strength was yesterday.

Huh. So far it's always told me the number of calories burned at the end of a workout.

Yeah, I'm not sure what I did to make the big switch. Maybe it doesn't think I need to worry about the numbers. It used to tell me the amount too but, I don't know. *shrugs* Guess no sense worrying about it as long as I'm working out when I'm supposed to.

I also dig hearing about your regular workouts. Truth be told it makes me kind of jealous, or at least it will for the next month and a half til I finish my thesis. I'm skipping the gym this morning to revise. :(

D'Oh!

Well ... there's always pushups and crunches snatched in the morning just after you wake up!
