Thursday Workout Report (Wandering Plot Edition)

Okay, so after the hole-in-the-moon incident, Vash disappears to the little podunk town; Wolfwood comes to retrieve him and tells him about Knives, upon news of which they go to some other town. Once they deal with the crisis in the other town, Wolfwood wanders off again.

Um ... but ... Knives? Disappeared town? Wasn't the plot over that way?

Ah well. More plot on the next disk, I guess.

Oh yeah! The workout report. Duh.

Rows: 3 mins @ 55 lbs (warmup)
Flat Barbell Bench Press: 1 set 10 reps @ 80 lbs
Narrow Pulldowns: 1 set 10 reps @ 55 lbs
Triceps Pushdown: 1 set 10 reps @ 45 lbs
Bench Press: 1 set 10 reps @ 60 lbs
Seated Lat Rows: 1 set 10 reps @ 35 lbs
Rear Deltoid Row: 1 set 10 reps @ 40 lbs
Chest Fly: 1 set 10 reps @ 35 lbs
Deadlift: 1 set 10 reps @ 35 lbs
Military Press: 2 sets 10 reps @ 25 lbs
Mabu / Horse Stance: 2 mins
Rows: 3 mins @ 35 lbs (cooldown)

Body Weight: 299.5 (yeah, whatever)

Flat Barbell Bench Press goes up to 85 lbs next week; Triceps Pushdown to 50, Deadlift to 40. I will probably add 15 seconds to my stances, as well.

Yeah, this is USUALLY where it happens that folks end up doing the head-scratchy stuff going Buh-wha? Well, don't worry, it'll get better, but yeah, this is where they decided to put a "Find the Fish" segment in the series. Or thats the closest thing I can compare it to anyways.
