Today's workout came in two bits:

Bowflex

Rows: 3 mins @ 55 lbs (warmup)
Seated Lat Rows: 1 set 10 reps @ 35 lbs
Flat Barbell Bench Press: 1 set 10 reps @ 85 lbs
Bench Press: 1 set 10 reps @ 65 lbs (oof)
Seated Resisted Oblique Crunches: 3 sets 10 reps @ 30 lbs
Cross Triceps Extension: 1 set 10 reps @ 30 lbs
Triceps Pushdown: 1 set 10 reps @ 50 lbs (this is too heavy)
Narrow Pulldowns: 1 set 10 reps @ 60 lbs
Resisted Punch: 3 sets 10 reps @ 30 lbs
Rear Deltoid Row: 1 set 10 reps @ 45 lbs
Deadlift: 1 set 10 reps @ 45 lbs
Military Press: 2 sets 10 reps @ 25 lbs
Leg Press: 3 sets 10 reps @ 105 lbs (didn't feel a thing)
Mabu / Horse Stance: 2.20 (was trying for 2.30 but couldn't make it)
Rows: 2 mins @ 35 lbs (why bother to cool down, I'm moving on to DDR next)

Body Weight: 296.5

...and then, inspired by Laurie's great progress at DDR this morning, I decided to do some DDR myself -- and got my first ever AA! Yeah, it was on Light, but still, wow! I'm mighty pleased. :)

After doing a scattering of songs at random, I put them in order from lowest BPM to highest BPM, starting at "Baile La Samba" and going up, figuring I'd do each one until I got an A at it, then move on to the next one. I didn't get through the whole list this time, but I got farther than I expected! My best songs so far are...

Baile La Samba - A
My Summer Love - A
Hit'N'Slap - A (First time I'd done it!)
Brick House - A
Jam On It - AA! (First time I'd done that one, too! O.o)
Burn For You - A
Wherever You Are - A

Granted, that's all on Light, and not that exciting in the DDR Halls of Fame. But from a "personal best" standpoint, I consider it an achievement!

And now ... lunch. :)

Sounds like good progress. I keep thinking about the DDR for some workouts but just never seem to have the money, interest, availability and such all at the same time. Besides I'd have to get the one for the PC which then brings up the point of where I could use it (no real safe place for that activity near my PCs).

Have you checked out Flash Flash Revolution (http://www.flashflashrevolution.com)? All you need for that is the controller...

As I read that the only thing I'd be exercising would be my fingers and they already get more then enough work. Thanks for pointing it out however.
