I came home from MFM with two bottles of Bailey's -- and finished the first one tonight.

I may have to get some assistance with the second one or it'll go bad. 0.o

Once it's open you can keep it in the fridge, it will last longer. Otherwise the cream may curdle if it sits too long. Then again, too long seems to be measured in years ;)

Mmmm, Bailey's. Try it in milk with some Creme de Menthe, makes a real killer drink.

I think the alcohol content pretty well stops any self-respecting bacteria and molds in their tracks. :) I've had opened bottles of Baileys in the fridge for as long as a couple of years with no apparent ill effect...

Bailey's: that sweet, sweet nectar of the Irish Gods. It's been so long since I've had some (a couple of years at least). Normally, alcohol isn't my thing, but I will go out of my way for Bailey's.
