Just remember, if one or two people at the Westin did not perform satisfactorily, there are many others that you may be overlooking who did their jobs well!

And there was no STSN available in the lobby, Mammamamalmamlamlamalmla..lam.. It was only available in the guest rooms. The only internet service that was (legally) available on floors 1-3 was Tigerwolf's Internet Room.

I know you want to keep civil relations with them, for obvious reasons, and by all means continue to do so. But I also know that my whole experience there was a study in frustration, incompetence, or just plain WTF-ness. I was treated just fine by the garage guy, and noted such in my feedback to them; but he was the only person on the staff who seemed particularly interested in doing things right.

My stay at the Courtyard across the street, on the other hand, was nothing but good. Like night and day.
