Heh! Thanks, John. Don't know about Max, but I spent part of MY hatch-day "emergency" shopping for a new refrigerator. The old one (28 years young) "threw a rod" while I was eating an early lunch. Thought God's own woodpecker suddenly started pounding on the kitchen door (tiny house, dining room right next to the kitchen) and when I snatched open the 'fridge door, it got a LOT louder. Compressors make an incredible amount of noise when they die... Oh well, new "ice box" gets here Mon. morning.

Other than that... Wasn't too bad a day. Helped an old friend set up his new 50" DLP television Sat. night. That technology's come a LONG way! DVD movies look *great*, although our local cable TV still sucketh mightely. }p
