On one overcast, cool, damp morning, take:

one (1) prototype "Tiffany Tiger: Too sexy for my shirt" coffee mug
steep one (1) packet "Celestial Seasonings: Madagascar Vanilla Red"
with two (2) packets Splenda

when tea is strong enough, add two (2) spoonfuls of dried milk, stir

Open Winamp playlist containing Jazz Butcher, Saturday Night Fry, and various Bob & Ray sketches

Aaahhh... ^.^

The only thing missing that would make it all complete, is a Boston Creme doughnut. This granola bar is not quite there.

Splenda has a bad reputation since it's an artificial sweetener, but it's not that bad.

What kind of granola bar?

It's what I have! If they tried to keep regular milk around, I'm sure it would spoil on a regular basis.

Try half-and-half instead. Most dairies use the UHT method (also known as "ultra-pasteurization") to give it a much longer shelf life.

*ponders the possibility of a Boston creme granola bar...* Dry milk? Like CoffeeMate? I've gotten used to Splenda in iced tea, since it actually mixes cold, unlike sugar anyway. Putting Splenda in my hot tea however...*shudder!* Honey is a nice alternative. A little expensive, though. Do you like Earl Grey teas?

Quaker makes a Cookies & Cream granola bar, including a reduced sugar version. Is that close enough?

Sounds like the morning here...

And sounds almost good, save I'm opting for Pacific vinilla chia in my new jolly roger in a bandana mug and some ER reruns.
